This perfect storm of events has helped generative AI to catch up at quite an impressive pace of growth, and the latest forecasts show this momentum is far from over.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to a Statista Market Forecast survey, the generative AI market is expected to hit a $66.8 billion value in 2025, up nearly 80% year-over-year. However, this figure is expected to soar by a whopping 569% over the next six years to $42 billion, more than seven times its current value.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This staggering growth is even more impressive when compared to other segments of the AI industry or the broader market. For instance, the AI robotics segment is forecasted to expand by 316% in this period, while natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision lag even more behind with a forecasted 276% and 143% six-year growth rates.
